The Privacy Act 2020 requires New Zealand organisations to be transparent about how, when, and why they collect personal information. We've teamed up with Calibrate Legal to licence their content for your Website Terms Of Use & Privacy Policy page.
This option will include templated content with a licence to use on one website, website page set up and text formatting, and adding internal and external links.
The template covers how the website is used, protects your IP and covers your Privacy Act compliance, privacy compliance is designed to cover various social media applications like Facebook pixels, etc, and why you're collecting information at the point you're doing it, such as the enquiry form stage.
The Licensed Content only applies to your website. Your organisation may have other privacy compliance requirements that you may need to add.
