COVID-19 & helping your business online

COVID-19 is changing the landscape on how we do business and the way that we live. It's an uncertain time, and we want to assure you that we are looking at ways to offer increased services to support small NZ businesses online.

We have also reviewed our working environment and from Monday, March 23rd, we are operating 100% online. 

New services to businesses online

  • Talk to us if you are a Rocketspark customer and need help to make changes to your website to reflect operational changes. Adding COVID-19 notifications to your website or links to remote access logins for your staff are free-of-charge.
  • If your business is being affected by reduced hours or temporary closure, please get in touch. We have options available to help your business to start selling products and services online. 


100% online services from Monday, March 23rd

  • All meetings and website training sessions will be completed by phone or video conference call, to reduce person-to-person contact.
  • Our photography service has been placed on hold until further notice. If you require a photographer for your business, please get in touch, and we will do our best to source the right photographer for your project.
